Karlsruhe, 14 May 2024 – Vectorspot Verlag gemeinnützige UG (haftungsbeschränkt), based in Karlsruhe, has been officially entered in the commercial register. The founders Daniel Gräber, Marius Meger and Micha Schlittenhardt are delighted that the publishing house has now also received separate confirmation from the tax office that it fulfils the non-profit requirements in accordance with Section 60a (1) of the German Fiscal Code.

According to the articles of association, the publishing house pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes such as the promotion of science, research, religion, education, public and vocational training. This is to be achieved in particular through the translation, publication and distribution of non-fiction, Christian literature, course and study materials.

‘We are delighted that we can now realise our vision as an officially recognised non-profit publishing house,’ says founder Daniel Gräber. ‘We will soon be announcing the first exciting book projects that follow our non-profit mission.’
